Please notify us of your intention to refund within 14 days of receiving your item via email to email@example.com or by using our contact form on the ‘Contact’ page.
If the product is faulty or damaged, please include photographs.
We will send replacements for faulty or damaged items out withn 2 business days.
If you prefer to return items we will instruct you how to proceed with the process and supply a return address. It is then your responsibility to ensure we receive the return.
If we ask you to return your items, the refund process will begin once we recive the items. We then aim to process your refund in 2 business days.
If the goods are deemed to be faulty, the refund will include your return shipping in accordance with UK consumer law.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment source, i.e. credit or debit card used at time of purchase.
If your items are returned to us due to you supplying an incorrect address, or due to repeated failed attempts at delivery by our 3rd party courier, we reserve the following rights:
1) We may ask you to pay to ship he goods to you again with updated details.
2) We may deduct the original cost of shipping from any return.
As part of our satisfaction guarantee we do accept order cancellation up to 14 days after youn recive your goods. If your order has already been shipped, you are responsible for the return postage to us.
Once recieved the refund will be handled as per above refund policy.
